Holiday Accomodation
Family accommodation furnished to a high standard, available for Summer/Winter lets. It is fully central heated.
We use the Chalet ourselves and with three children four and under, find it has everything we need. We have a travel cot, steriliser and child seats for the dining area available on request.
The main area of the Chalet is a large kitchen lounge/diner, comprising of a fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and lounge areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. All the necessary crockery and cooking utensils are provided. We also have a selection of child plates, beakers and cutlery available.
There is a table which seats up to six, which is foldable to maximise the space when not dining.
The main lounge area has a comfortable double sofa bed and single armchair. A television with sky (freeview channels) and a video/DVD are available to provide a bit of quite time after a busy day. Additionally there is a digital radio in the kitchen.
The bathroom is modern but simple. There is a new bathroom suite and shower. All towels are provided.
There are two bedrooms. The single has bunk beds with (Gina Ford fans take note!) black-out blinds and black-out curtains. The main has a double queen size bed. I'm 6' 2'' and sleep very comfortably. All duvets and bed linen are provided.
The main storage is in the main bedroom, with a built in wardrobe surrounding the double bed. In addition to this there is a shelf and hanging rail in the second bedroom, which also offers further hanging space. Together these provide ample storage to meet most people needs.
The patio area overlooks a quiet shared lawn area and a picnic bench is provided. We are located far enough away from all the main attractions of the site and back onto the conservation area.
There are a selection of games and novels to while away those lazy summer evenings.
